We accept returns for online purchases only.  You can ship items back to Miss Boss in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of purchase with invoice or packing slip.  If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  Online purchases may be returned via shipping or returned in store.

Upon receipt of the return shipped item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a return.  If you are entitled to a return we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We will exchange goods if they are the incorrect size, defective or damaged.  In circumstances where you wish to exchange your purchase please notify us promptly at info@missboss.ca with details of the product.  You can send the item back to us at the address below or bring back the item in person.
